Spring/fall rake & fertilize

Regular mowing (up to 4 cuts per month)

Winter Service (November-April)

$100/month (total $600) - 10% prepay discount

Snow removal (driveway/sidewalk and

front step)

~15 services per season

Annual Service
(Summer + Winter)

$120/month (total $1,440)

$99/month with 20% pre-pay discount
